That's where I learned what performance marketing really means: not pretty numbers on reports, but real profit at the end of the month, after every cost is paid.
Affiliate marketing taught me something 90% of agency-side marketers will never understand: you're not paid for ads, you're paid for results. If your ads don't make money, no marketing budget will save you. You have to be better.
