I've managed budgets of hundreds of thousands of pounds per month for clients in eCommerce, services and finance across Romania, the US and the UK. The largest active client runs over £300,000/month through the account I manage personally — not through an agency team.

I don't run Google Display for prospecting — 40-60% of traffic comes from bots. I don't run programmatic — global ad fraud exceeds 20% of all impressions. I don't run native ads — 21% of impressions come from sites built purely for fake clicks. These are not limitations. They are choices.

Practically, this means two things. First: my capacity is limited — at most 6 active retainers at any time. Second: the entry threshold is clear — monthly media budget above €15,000 at the client, below which it doesn't work economically for either side.
