How does your fee work?
I work on a fixed monthly fee based on your account complexity, in four tiers: Focus (€1,000/month + VAT, from 20h), Standard (€2,000/month + VAT, from 35h), Scale (€3,000/month + VAT, from 55h), Enterprise (€4,000+/month + VAT, from 80h, custom). The cost covers both ads management and documentation (research, audit, written strategy). We set the exact tier on the first call after I understand the scope of your account. What do I do if my budget is below €15K/month?
A few real options:
1. One-shot audit — single engagement, from €500 + VAT, scope-dependent. Not a retainer. I clean the account, identify gaps, give you a written action plan. You execute.
2. Personalized recommendations — within the time I can offer, I give you a list of good freelancers I personally trust, or a training plan for your in-house team.
3. Wait until your budget grows — focus on ROI before scale. When you cross the threshold, come back. The threshold doesn't apply for rapidly-scaling startups (will exceed €15K in 90 days) or very high-margin businesses (€5K media → €50K profit).

Why a fixed fee instead of a percentage of budget?
Percentage of budget creates a structural conflict of interest — the agency earns more when you spend more, regardless of whether that spend brings results. A fixed fee means we're aligned: I earn the same whether you spend €15K or €30K, as long as account complexity stays the same. The only thing that raises my fee is if the scope grows (new platforms, new markets) — and that I tell you in writing first.
How many clients do you manage in parallel?
Maximum 6 active retainers simultaneously. That's all I can manage personally without becoming an account manager. When the 6 slots are full, you go on the waiting list.
Which industries do you work with?
Predominantly eCommerce (fashion, beauty, home, finance) and services (B2B SaaS, finance, legal, emergency services, education). I don't accept clients in: gambling, crypto trading, weight-loss, "make money online", or products making unrealistic promises.
How long until I see results?
First informed decisions at 4 weeks (after audit + setup). Measurable results at 90 days. If at 90 days I haven't delivered against the objectives we set at the start, we part ways — no penalty on your side.
Do you work with clients outside Romania?
Yes. The largest active clients are in the UK and US. Communication in English or Romanian. Payments in EUR / GBP / USD via monthly invoice.
