Four tiers. Fixed fee.

I work on a fixed fee based on account complexity and monthly hours allocated. Not on a percentage of your budget. That way there's no conflict of interest — I earn the same whether you spend €15K or €100K, as long as account complexity stays the same.

Why not percentage

Why a fixed fee, not a percentage.

Most agencies work on a percentage of campaign budget — typically 10%, with a minimum. Seems fair. In reality, it creates a structural conflict of interest: the agency earns more if you spend more, regardless of whether that spend brings results.

I've seen enough accounts where tracking wasn't configured correctly, Meta's automated campaigns were spending on irrelevant placements, and the agency had no real incentive to stop the waste — because that waste was exactly what paid their invoice.

A fixed fee means you and I are aligned. I earn the same whether your budget is €15K or €25K, as long as account complexity stays the same. The only thing that raises my fee is if the scope grows (new platforms, new markets, new complexity) — and I tell you that in writing first.

The fee depends on your account complexity, not your campaign budget. The tiers below show realistic ranges for typical clients. The exact figure we set on the first call after I understand the scope.

01 Focus

For clients with simple scope and clear focus.

  • eCommerce under 200 SKUs or services with clear Search intent
  • Standard tracking (GA4 + platform native)
  • 1 market / 1 language
02 Standard
€2,000 /month + VAT

From 35 hours monthly dedicated

For mid-size eCommerce or services with complex funnels.

  • 2-3 active PPC platforms
  • eCommerce 200-1,000 SKUs or B2B with sales cycle
  • Server-side tracking + custom attribution
  • 1-2 markets / languages
  • Email marketing + retention
03 Scale
€3,000 /month + VAT

From 55 hours monthly dedicated

For large eCommerce or complex B2B.

Alternative

One-shot audit. No retainer.

For clients who don't want a monthly retainer but need an expert review right now, I offer a one-shot audit. A single engagement, from €500 + VAT, depending on account complexity.

What you get: an in-depth audit of your accounts, a findings document (10-15 pages with concrete problems and estimated impact), a 60-minute walkthrough call, a written action plan. You execute it. I don't stay on the account unless we later decide to move to a retainer.

Works best for clients who want to find out "why ROAS has been stagnating for 6 months" or "what needs to be fixed before we scale budget".

About hours

How monthly hours are calculated.

The hours above are realistic ranges, not fixed commitments. They include everything I do for your account: daily checks, written reporting, calls, optimization, planning, in-depth auditing, strategic documentation.

On a quiet month — everything is running, just checks and incremental optimization — you're at the bottom of the range. On a month with problems (broken tracking, new campaign launch, account restructure, algorithm change) — you're at the top. On truly difficult months — I've gone over range.

I don't invoice extra above the range. The fixed fee includes the flexibility. If the real scope outgrows the agreed tier over time (for example, you started on Tier 1 but now have 4 platforms and 3 markets), then we renegotiate the tier. In writing before it happens.

The ground rule

I recover at minimum double the cost. Or I leave.

Whatever tier we choose, the rule is the same: I'll only work with you if I believe I can recover at minimum 2× my cost through savings and improved ROAS. If I don't believe that from the first call, I decline the project. If at 90 days I haven't delivered against the agreed objectives, I leave without asking for another cent.

The minimum client qualification threshold remains media budget above €15K/month. The math is simple: at €15K media budget and €1,000 fee (Tier 1, 6.7% of budget), I need to bring you €2,000+/month in savings or additional revenue. On a €15K budget that's achievable. On €5K — it's not.
